I always believe that the more choices we have, more difficult it becomes to take a decision. It is inherent in human nature to search for different options and select the best that suits us. But what if all the options are well suited - Now that is a big dilemma. But if all your options are best suited to us then why don't we just select one of them and solve our problem. But I guess its not so simple. Right? On the contrary it makes it more difficult for us to make the decision. Now this is a state of uncertainty. We always ponder over the thought that what would happen if I select choiceA and fail, so should I select choiceB. This makes it even more difficult. Man has evolved so much but I still feel animals are better than us at decision making. Now you will think how absurd is this ! The truth is that they do not need to make a choice ! It is just instinct that drives them to perform their action. Why do we think twice while having food at a guests place. Why do we deny having food at a guests place when you are really hungry (I do that sometimes, I don't know why).
I remember a dialogue from the Matrix where the Oracle tells Neo "You have come here not to make your choice but to understand it, you have already made it."
In Arabian they say "Maktub". It means its already written.

Yes Shravan...the more the options, the greater the confusion. And mind you...never refuse food if the guest sincerely requests you..It is a blessing they say.

Decision making can be a relatively simpler affair if we have our vision, out concepts clear. I think it's not very difficult to have a clear vision, whatever confusions the world may appear to throw in every so often.
